After getting 3 other quotes from other companies that involved intricate excavations and radical interventions and estimates with many zeros, New England Dry Basements came and worked with us to truly understand what was going on with the water issue in our basement. They recommended a solution that made sense from a scientific and economic perspective. We discovered a mold issue in the crawl space under our house.  My wife has health issues that are exacerbated by mold and she could not live here.  After visits and quotes from many companies, we hired New England Dry Basements.  Aside from being one of just a few companies that would work in such a tight space, which was as shallow as 20”, they patiently answered our many dozen questions and concerns.

There was a lot of demolition necessary to reach the mold and a lot of reconstruction after.  At the end of each day, our property was kept neat and tidy, and at the end of 3 ½ days, we have a clean, encapsulated, mold-free crawl space.

After I purchased my home, I noticed about 2 inches of water in my basement after a thaw and heavy rain.  I called New England Dry Basements and they came in and spent two days putting in piping, etc.  My basement has been dry for over a year now and I am a very happy customer.  They even came back after I told them that the drainage pipe they installed was not installed properly and was not angled right.  They came in a year later and installed new piping at no extra cost. Excellent service from start to finish.  Communication throughout the process was A+ and the crew that came out to do the work was fantastic.
